精准扶贫视角下高职院校资助育人实现路径研究

摘　　要：高职院校学生资助工作关系到教育公平和全面建成小康社会目标的实现。精准扶贫视角下开展家庭经济困难学生资助育人工作，对于实现精准资助和高职院校大学生的成人成才具有重要意义。当前高职院校资助工作取得巨大进步与发展，但也存在困难群体识别不精准、资助工作者缺乏、资助范围有限、重资助轻育人、监督制度不强等问题。要解决这些问题必须强化资助育人理念、优化精准育人体系、扶贫先扶智、资助动态化管理、完善征信系统。The work of student financial assistance in higher vocational colleges is related to the realization of educa- tional equity and the goal of building a well - off society in an all - round way and it is of great significance to pro- vide financial support for the students with financial difficulties to complete their college education. Until now, great progress and development in the financial aid work have been made in higher vocational colleges;however, there is many a problem in the aid work. For example, the real financial difficult students are not aided and only a small number of students are supported ; more workers are needed ; the supervision system needs improving, etc. Therefore, to solve these problems, the following must be done：perfecting the aid system and credit system, putting education first and then aid, carrying out a dynamic management, etc.
