摘  要:通过对低压铸造工艺及液面加压要求进行分析,提出了通过PIC控制的低压铸造机优化的研究。根据低压铸造液面加压控制的要求对液面加压控制系统进行了总体方案的设计,在硬件上采用PIC16F737处理器作为主控器,GB-3000A型传感器进行液面压力采集;在软件上采用粒子群算法对PID算法进行改进,设计了液面加压控制系统以对低压铸造机进行优化。仿真实验分析表明,设计的液面加压控制系统能对低压铸造液面加压过程的压力值进行实时精确的控制,能对低压铸造机进行良好的优化。The low pressure casting process and the liquid level pressure requirements were analyzed,the optimization of low pressure casting machine controlled by PIC was presented.The overall design of the pressurizing control system of low-pressure die according to the control requirements,using PIC16F737 processor as the main controller in the hardware level,pressure acquisition sensor GB-3000A,using particle swarm algorithm to PID algorithm improvement in the software,and then improved PID algorithm as the core of software design.The low pressure casting control system was designed to optimize the low-pressure casting machine.The simulation results show that the designed low pressure casting control system can control the pressure of the low-pressure casting process accurately in real time and optimize the low-pressure casting machine.
