板式定制家具企业MES应用现状研究

摘　　要：面对逐渐提高的个性化定制需求,板式定制家具企业纷纷运用MES系统提高生产效率,但实际上MES系统运用效果并不是很好。为了深入探究板式定制家具企业MES系统运用现状,采用德尔菲调研法得出板式定制家具企业生产管理趋势,并通过专家投票得出了生产管理趋势的显著性排序。进一步通过专家对生产管理趋势业务难度和MES的支持程度分别打分,筛选出了MES支持程度较低、需要进行深入研究的生产管理趋势,并由专家对深入研究的趋势进行详细分析,总结板式定制家具企业MES系统的不足。最后提出了板式定制家具MES系统构建和运用的几点建议,以期改善板式定制家具企业MES系统运用现状,提高企业的生产效率。In order to explore the current situation of the application of the MES in the customized panelfurniture enterprises deeply,the Delphy survey method was used to get the main trends of productionmanagement of the customized panel furniture enterprises,and drew the significant ranking of the mainproduction management trends through voting by experts. Furthermore,with the method of scoring themain trend of the business difficulty and the MES support degree by the experts,the production manage-ment trend with low level of MES support and need for in-depth study was screened out. On the basis ofdetailed analysis of the trend by experts,the shortage of the application of MES in the customized panelfurniture enterprises was summed up. Finally,some suggestions on the construction and application ofthe MES for the customized panel furniture enterprises were put forward with an aim to improve the appli-cation status of the MES for the customized panel furniture enterprises and improve the production effi-ciency of the enterprises.
