摘 要:目的:探讨反思学习法在医学生临床技能教学中的应用效果。方法:将80名在院的本科医学实习生随机分为实验组和对照组各40名。两组均进行"胸部体检"、"换药术"、"简易呼吸器的使用"的培训与考核,对照组采取传统实训教学方法,实验组在此基础上加入反思学习法。结果:110篇反思日记中,14篇涉及学习方法总结,占12.7%,55篇涉及操作细节总结,占50.0%,54篇涉及个人态度总结,占49.1%;两组考核成绩中"胸部体检"有显著差异(P<0.01),"换药术"有差异(P<0.05),"简易呼吸器的使用"无明显差异(P>0.05);效果评价显示学生认为此法在提高自学能力、提高批判思维能力和调动学习积极性等方面均有显著效果。结论:反思学习法促进学生的学习主动性和积极性,有助于指导老师全面了解学生,促进教师教学水平的提高,可成为临床技能教学的新型有效途径。Objective: to study the effect of reflective learning method in the application of medical students clinical skills teaching. Methods: 80 undergraduate medical interns in hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group of 40 each. Two groups were both training and examination three profects of'chest physical check','dressing change'and 'simple respirator use',control group adopts the traditional practice teaching method,the experimental group on the basis of this to reflect on learning method. Results: A total of 110 diary reflection,14 involved in learning methods,accounted for 12. 7%,55 involved in the operational details summary,accounted for 50. 0%,54 involved in personal attitude,accounted for 49. 1%. Assesses achievement: 'Chest physical check 'in the two groups have significant difference( P < 0. 01),there are differences between the 'dressing change'( P< 0. 05),'simple respirator use'no significant difference( P > 0. 05). Performance evaluation shows that students think that this method in improving self- learning ability,improve the ability of critical thinking,and arouse the enthusiasm of learning,etc all have significant effects. Conclusion: reflections on learning method to promote students' learning initiative and enthusiasm,help guide to fully understand the students,the teacher to promote the improvement of teachers' teaching,can become a new effective way of clinical skills teaching.
