摘　　要：青年大学生正处于自我认知、社会认知快速深化,人生观、价值观初步形成的关键时期,增强责任意识既是其自身建立优秀品质,养成优良行为习惯的内在动因,也是民族前进、国家和社会发展的精神动力。培养有高度责任意识的大学生既是特定的教育目标,也是一种社会和历史使命。"思想道德修养与法律基础"课作为高校德育教育的主干课程,教师应当以增强大学生责任意识为目标,要从教学思想上重视责任教育,教学内容上突出责任教育,教学方法上大胆创新、实施责任教育。Young college students are in the the key period of self cognition,social cognition fast deepening,preliminary formation of the outlook on life&values,enhance the sense of responsibility not only is their own building excellent quality,to develop good habits of intrinsic motivation,but also is the spiritual dynamic for the nation forward and social developments. The cultivation of college students with high sense of responsibility is a special educational objectives,but also a social and historical mission. 'Ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis'course as a main course of moral education in universities,teachers should strengthen the responsibility consciousness of college students as a goal,attentions should be paid to the education of responsibility from the teaching thought,teaching content to highlight the responsibility education,the teaching method of bold innovation,implementation of responsibility education.
