摘　　要：在坚持以本为本教育背景下,如何打破传统教育模式,建立以培养创新型人才为基本价值取向的教育模式是高校特别是医学院校面临的重要课题。本文基于以上研究背景,从科研促进教学视角出发,将理论研究与实证分析相结合,阐述科研促进教学对培养创新型人才的意义,探讨新时代医学院校构建创新型医学人才培养模式的具体思路。It is an important subject for universities especially medical colleges and universities to break the traditional educational model and establish an educational model with the basic value orientation of cultivating innovative talents based on the background of focusing on the cultivation of undergraduate students. This paper combines theoretical research with empirical analysis and expounds the significance of scientific research promotion teaching in cultivating innovative talents from the perspective of scientific research promotion teaching, and discusses the concrete ideas of constructing innovative medical talents training mode in medical colleges and universities in the new era.
