摘　　要：本文就上级有关文件精神与高校自身的规律、特点 ,并结合吉林师大几年来的实践经验 。The essay mainly elucidates four remarks on the reforms in the socializing rear service in colleges.The views of point are according to the concerning documents from the government and the characteristics of colleges.They are also from the practical experience of university over the years.
