摘  要:以土豆渣为原料,采用稀酸溶液萃取、脱酯、 Al2 ( S O4)3 沉淀的方法提取 L M- 果胶工艺。获得的最佳条件是:土豆渣置于p H 为2 的稀 H2 S O4 溶液中,加热至90℃,恒温60m in,用酸化乙醇脱酯,适量的 Al2 ( S O4)3 沉淀,得到的土豆渣果胶的提取率约10.8% ,产品质量符合国家标准。The technology for extracting LM-pectin from potato scrap were studied in this paper,the method is that extracted by dilute acid\,degreased and precipitated by Al\-2 (SO\-4) \-3. The optimun conditions were determined,which included adjusting the pH to 2,temperature 90℃,extracting 60nin,degreasing by acid alcohol and precipitating by Al\-2 (SO\-4) \-3 of suitable amount,The extraction rate is 10.8%.The quality of the product conform to the standard of the China.
