摘　　要：展望 2 1世纪中国教育的基本走向 ,以及学校体育与未来人才的培养 ,体育教师需要具有高度的使命感和责任感 .根据体育教师特定的社会地位 ,在新的世纪 ,对体育教师的培养标准应注重教书育人 ,育人为本 ;爱生尊师 ,以生为主 ;终身学习 ,提高素质 ;全面能力 ,创新为主 ;热爱事业 。Looking into the 21th centuries,the basic trend of Chinese education,school physical education and development of future telant,the sports teacher should have the high sense of mission and responsibility.According to the specific social position of physical education teachers,in the new century,the criteria of training are to impart knowledge and educate people,taking education of people as the basis ,to respect teachers and love students,regarding students as the main,to study all their lives and to improve their qualities,to have all round abilities,considering innovation as the major,to have ardent love for the profession and to well cooperate with colleagues etc.
