基于精益思想的高校创新创业课程设计与实践

摘　　要：针对当前高校创新创业课程普遍存在的课程内容空泛及思想不突出、课程设置互相交杂层次不清及课程实训较少以及创业企业运营特点实战性不强的问题。本文设计了一个以精益思想理论及方法工具为基础的高校创新创业课程并进行了实践。该课程由基础理论、技能实训和实战模拟三部分组成,旨在提高学生创新创业的精益思维,培养学生基于精益工具的创新创业能力,对于高校创新创业教育课程创新有一定的应用价值。In view of the current curriculum content of innovation and entrepreneurship courses in colleges and universities, the emptiness concept is not prominent, the levels of courses are mixed, the level is unclear, and the training of courses is relatively small. The problem of the operational characteristics of startup enterprises is not practical.This article designed a college innovation and entrepreneurship course based on lean thinking theory and method tools and carried it out. The course is composed of three parts: basic theory, skills training and actual combat simulation. It aims to improve the lean thinking of students' innovation and entrepreneurship, cultivate students' innovation and entrepreneurial ability based on the lean method tools, and has certain application value for innovative innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum innovation in colleges and universities.
