摘　　要：实训操作是金工教学中非常关键的一个环节,直接影响到学员的实际操作能力。文中阐明了金工实训教学的意义及培养目标,分析了金工实训教学的现状及存在的问题,并提出了一些建议和创新措施,仅供参考。Practical training is a key link in metalworking teaching, which directly affects the practical operation ability of students. This paper expounds the significance and training objectives of the Metalworking Training teaching,analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the Metalworking Training teaching, and puts forward some suggestions and innovative measures for reference only.
