摘  要:高职珠宝专业人才的培育可通过优化专业课程,将"工匠精神"贯穿于课程教学以提升学生职业素养;依托校企协同育人平台,通过师资互聘、订单培养等方式打通工匠精神的培养路径;成立大师工作室,强化专业实训以促进工匠精神的内化;以"双师共培"为载体,创新质量评估机制以强化工匠精神对学生的教育影响。The cultivation of jewelry professionals can be improved by optimizing professional courses and integrating "craftsman spirit" into it to improve students' professional quality; Relying on the school-enterprise cooperative education platform, the cultivation of craftsman spirit can be achieved by teacher recruitment and order class training;setting up master workshop to strengthen professional training and promote the internalization of craftsman spirit; Based on the practice of " double-certificated teachers co-training", innovating the quality evaluation mechanism and strengthening the influence of craftsman spirit of students.
