摘　　要：师范生师德教育工作的深入符合时代发展与社会现状,有利于培养高素质的教师队伍,实现教师自身素质进步。党建与师范生师德教育的结合,有利于坚定师范生的社会主义信念。基于以上认识,该文对师范生师德教育现状及基层党建工作现状进行分析,并从优化教育理念、发挥党员先锋作用、开展争优创新活动及利用新媒体技术等方面进行创新探索。Teachers' ethics education of normal university students is in line with the development of the times and the current social situation, which is conducive to the cultivation of high-quality teachers and the improvement of teachers' own quality. The combination of Party building and teacher ethics education for normal students will help to strengthen the socialist belief of normal students. Based on the above understanding, this paper analyzes the meaning of "Party building +" and the social background under the Internet as well as the present situation of teachers' ethics education among Normal University students, and makes innovative explorations in such aspects as optimizing the educational concept, establishing the recessive environmental awareness of teachers' ethics education and making effective use of the Internet.
