摘　　要：文章从国际、国家、省市、高校和企业几个层面对校企共建"双创"平台体制机制研究及实践探索的研究背景、存在问题进行了分析,提出通过有效的合作模式来促进校企合作创新创业方面活动的开展。This thesis, from levels of international, domestic, and provincial, as well as university and enterprise point of view, analyzes the research background of the mechanism investigation and implementation exploration in co-constructing the innovation and start-up platform framework by universities and enterprises, and puts forward to promote the implementation of innovative and entrepreneurial activities by an effective collaborative model.
