摘  要:产教融合、深化校企合作是发展职业教育的重要战略选择,也是职业教育改革发展的必由之路。如何利用职业教育公共实训基地设备齐全、设施完善的优势,实施"校企合作、产教融合"人才培养模式,是该篇论文的中心。该文在对宁夏现代装备制造公共实训中心校企合作、产教融合实践现状分析的基础上,提出用制度、机制、利益保证"校企合作、产教融合"的合作模式,并针对合作中存在的问题,提出改进的措施,增强了人才培养的有效性。The integration production and education, deepen the cooperation between colleges is an important strategic choice for the development of vocational education, also is the only way for the development of vocational education reform, at present, the fusion, between production and education cooperation rise for the national education reform and talent resources development and the basic system, how to utilize the professional education of public training base equipment, facilities, students practice conditions, the advantages of implementing vocational education public training center "university-enterprise cooperation, fusion" education personnel training mode, is the center of this paper. Based on the analysis of the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation and production-education integration in public training center of modern equipment manufacturing in Ningxia, this paper puts forward the cooperation mode of "school-enterprise cooperation and production-education integration" by using the system, mechanism and interests, and puts forward improvement measures for the problems existing in the cooperation, thus enhancing the effectiveness of personnel training.
