摘　　要：在高等教育中,专业教师兼职班主任具有专业优势、方法优势、时间优势和科研优势。山东科技大学经济管理学院会计系利用班规和班会,吸收目标管理和分类管理的部分思想,充分发挥专业教师的优势,对学生进行全面跟踪式管理,不断优化兼职班主任机制。In higher education, part-time class advisers of professional teachers have professional advantages,methodological advantages, time advantages and scientific research advantages. The department of accounting takes advantage of class rules and class associations. Some ideas of target management and classification management are absorbed. They give full play to the advantages of professional teachers. They track and manage students comprehensively to optimize the mechanism of part-time class advisers constantly.
