摘　　要：研究生普遍具备高文化高学历,工科院校研究生更是国家高质量发展,实现新型科技,完成自主研发的未来希望与中坚力量。新时代培养工科院校研究生的"四个自信",筑牢意识阵地向党建工作提出了高标准严要求。文章以新时代工科院校研究生党建工作的历史意义为背景,分析了工科院校研究生党建工作的特殊性及重要性,在提高党员素质、丰富组织生活、规范队伍建设及增强党组织凝聚力战斗力方面提出了工作重点及创新举措。Postgraduates generally possess excellent culture and high academic qualifications. Especially graduate students in engineering colleges and universities are the future and backbone of realizing new technology and independent research, with the result that our nation could highly develop. In the new era, it's significant to help students to enhance "four matters of confidence" and build up ideological and political positions. It puts forward higher standards and stricter requirements for Party construction. Based on the historical significance of Party construction and aimed at the group of graduate students in engineering colleges and universities, it is analyzed that the particularity and importance of Party construction of these students. In order to improve the quality of Party members and enrich the Party's regular?activities, the key emphasis and innovative measures are presented. These also provide?useful?references for standardizing Party's team building and strengthening the cohesion of Party organizations.
