摘  要:随着高职院校办学规模的不断扩大,二级管理体制被引入高职院校。开展二级院系年度目标管理对加强高职院校师资队伍建设具有重要意义。围绕二级院系年度目标管理构建科学、合理的师资队伍考核体系,考核体系的指导思想应有导向性、重视增量,考核体系的设计应包含一级指标和二级指标,考核办法应具体、有利于调动二级院系的积极性。通过年度实施,逐步完善考核体系,促进师资队伍建设,推动高职院校内涵发展。With the enlarging educaton size of vocational institute, second-level management system has been introduced. The yealy target management of second-level departments plays an important role in strengthening the construction of teaching staff of vocational institute. The scientific and approperiate evaluation system should be constructed based on the yealy target management of second-level departments, and should have the function of guidence. In addition, as for the system, the incremental quantity should be taken into full account. Also, primary indexes and secondary indexes should be designed into the system. Specific evaluation approach will be favorable in pushing the incentives of second-level departments. With the yealy implementation, the evaluation system will be refined, which will promote the construction of teaching staff and the connotative development of vocational institute.
