摘　　要：当前,民办高职院校的规模已取得长足发展,但很多院校在实际发展过程中过于重视生存运营而忽略了教育的本质,对于育人树人缺乏深入的思考,使得民办高校经常处于发展的高原期,亟待转型发展,该研究阐述了民办高职院校转型发展的回归常态、突出应用和描绘愿景三大策略。At present, the scale of private higher vocational colleges has made considerable development, but many colleges and universities in the actual development process pay too much attention to survival and operation while ignoring the essence of education, lack of in-depth thinking about educating people and cultivating people, so that private colleges and universities are often in the plateau of development, and need to be transformed and developed urgently.This study elaborates on Private Higher Vocational colleges. The three major strategies for the transformation and development of colleges and universities are to return to normality, highlight application and depict vision.
