摘　　要：在国家创新驱动战略背景下,高职院校开展创新创业教育体系构建具有重要的现实意义。该文概述了三螺旋理论的内涵,在三螺旋理论下,政府重在引导;高职院校应发挥主观能动性;而企业应有长远的战略眼光,校、企、政三方合力,共同搭建高职院校创新创业体系。Under the background of national innovation -driven strategy, it is of great practical significance for higher vocational colleges to construct innovation and entrepreneurship education system.This paper outlines the connotation of the triple helix theory.Under the theory of triple helix, the government lays stress on guidance;higher vocational colleges should give full play to their subjective initiative;Enterprises should have a long-term strategic vision, the school, enterprise and government should work together to build an innovation and entrepreneurship system in Higher Vocational colleges.
