“校企合作”背景下社会体育专业人才培养模式创新研究——以地方本科院校社会体育专业为例

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法以及访谈法等研究方法,对地方本科院校社会体育专业人才培养现状与模式进行展开研究。研究表明:(1)当前,社会体育专业人才市场需求量大、就业路径宽,但是地方本科院校社会专业人才培养的层次与市场人才需求相脱节,缺乏目标导向;(2)地方本科院校由于地域的局限性,课程资源、就业平台、课程设置、教学以及实习等培养模式缺乏创新性;(3)以社会市场需求为导向,通过"引进来、走出去"的校企合作平台,打造出教学、实习与就业为一体的人才培养创新模式。By using the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey and interview, the current situation and mode of social sports talents training in local universities were studied.The research shows :(1) at present, there is a large market demand for social sports professionals and a wide employment path, but the level of social professional training in local universities is out of line with the market demand for talents and lacks goal orientation. (2) due to the regional limitations of local universities, the training modes such as course resources, employment platform, course setting, teaching and internship are lack of innovation. (3) guided by the social market demand and through the schoolenterprise cooperation platform of "bringing in and going out", the innovative mode of talent cultivation that integrates teaching, internship and employment is created.
