摘　　要：生命困境预警工作是高职院校思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分,辅导员要做好学生生命预警发现者、协助者、教育者角色,克服辅导员工作与生命困境预警要求之间的冲突,建立和完善生命困境预警机制,开展生命困境教育活动,引导学生健康成长成才。Early warning of life predicament is an important part of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. Instructors should play the role in discovering, assisting, educating on life early warning of students.Instructors are responsible for solving the conflict between instructors’ work and the requirements of life predicament warning, establishing and improving the early-warning mechanism of life predicament, carrying out educational activities of life predicamen, cultivating students into talented and healthy people.
