高职院校学生社团发展困境与创新对策

摘　　要：高校社团以其思想性、知识性、艺术性、趣味性吸引广大学生参与其中,为他们提供了发挥聪明才智、提升专业技能、完善综合素质的广阔平台,也是求知、交友的重要场所。我国高职院校大学生社团在高速发展的同时也面临着许多挑战和困境,比如:组织管理架构不完善、专业指导体系不健全、社团发展情况不平衡等。解决这些困境可以尝试采取以下策略:加强规范化建设,完善社团管理机制;增强专业化指导,引导社团科学发展;重视品牌化建设,提升社团活动内涵等。University students’Association has a long history,which is an important complement to the ideological and political education in universities,play an important role in prospering of the construction of campus culture,and cultivating students’comprehensive ability,also in enhancing students’professional skills.Current students’association development face some difficulties:first,the organizational system is not perfect;second,professional guidance is short of supplies;third,community development is not balanced,and so on.May be we can adopt the following policy to solve these problems:enhancing standardized construction,improving the operation mechanism of community management;strengthening professional guidance,promoting community development;strengthening connotation construction,raise the level of community activities and so on.
