摘　　要：职业教育基于产教融合创新、教学模式创新,需要在产业端、教育端优化重组,将产业人才技能需求与职业教育人才培养过程协同,从职业素养与工匠精神、技能实践与岗位实战、企业项目与团队协作结合。可通过不同生态融合的深度、覆盖率、合作形式等方面实现创新,点、线、面、体、网、空间的多形态并存。产教融合创新注重成果导向,学习路径重构,工作路径重组,业务流程序化与并发高效协同,时间的分段、空间的切换、教学内容的组合、个性化开发、团队协作方式等。以高职软件技术品牌专业建设为依托进行了相关研究与实践。Vocational education is based on the integration of industry and education and the innovation of teaching mode.It needs to be optimized and restructured at the industrial and educational sides.It needs to coordinate the needs of industrial talents with the training process of vocational education talents,and combine professional accomplishment with craftsman spirit,skill practice and post practice,enterprise project and team cooperation.Innovation can be achieved through the depth,coverage and cooperation forms of different ecological integration.Points,lines,surfaces,bodies,networks and spaces coexist in many forms.The integration innovation of industry and education focuses on results-oriented,learning path reconstruction,work path reorganization,business process sequencing and concurrent efficient collaboration,time segmentation,space switching,combination of teaching content,personalized development,team collaboration and so on.Relevant research and practice are carried out based on the construction of software technology brand specialty in Higher Vocational colleges.
