摘　　要：成人高等教育是中国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,在构建学习型社会中发挥了非常重要的作用。然而与此同时,成人高等教育教学管理团队整体学习力不足,教育观念落后,以及现代信息技术发展滞后等等问题,使得深化改革迫在眉睫。The adult higher education is an important part of Chinese higher education system,it plays a very important role of constructing learning society.However,at the same time,the learning ability of adult higher education teaching management teams is insufficient,education concept is backward,and the development of modern information technology lags behind and so on,it is necessary to reform deepening immediately.
