摘　　要：在本科生教育中实行导师制,是当前大学生管理体制、育人体制改革的重要突破口,也是实现创新教育的重要保证,文章分析了在石油工程专业中引进导师制的必要性,并重点介绍了本科导师制在石油工程专业人才培养的优点,以及实施本科生导师制目前取得的成效和面临的主要问题。Implementing tutorial system in undergraduate education is an important breakthrough in the reform of management system and education system for undergraduates,and also an important guarantee for innovative education.This paper analyses the necessity of introducing tutorial system in petroleum engineering specialty,and emphatically introduces the advantages of undergraduate tutorial system in petroleum engineering specialty training,as well as the achievements and main problems of implementing undergraduate tutorial system at present.
