摘　　要：把党的政治建设摆在首位,这是党的十九大对党建理论的重大创新。习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中强调,"党的政治建设是党的根本性建设,决定党的建设方向和效果"。加强党的政治建设,是我国高校事业发展的根本保障。文章通过梳理习近平总书记关于党的政治建设的相关理论与实践,分析研究加强高校党的政治建设的必然、应然和实然性问题,试图拓宽高校党的政治建设研究的视角与方向。Putting the political construction of the party in the first place is a major innovation of the 19th Party Congress on the theory of party building.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that'the party’s political construction is the fundamental construction of the party and determines the direction and effect of the party’s construction.'Strengthening the political construction of the party is the fundamental guarantee for the development of the cause of colleges and universities in China.By combing General Secretary Xi Jinping’s theory and practice on the party’s political construction,the article analyzes and studies the inevitable,due and realistic problems of strengthening the party’s political construction in colleges and universities,and tries to broaden the perspective and direction of the party’s political construction research in colleges and universities.
