摘　　要：基于学生文化素质基础、学业发展目标和职业生涯发展规划,将专业人才培养划分为三个类型,即接续培养型、技术技能型和高技能型。每个类型在保证完成国家和学校规定的必修课程教学基础上,分类型确定差异化的培养目标、培养规格、课程体系、教学内容和教学模式,制定分类型人才培养方案,配备对应的师资,实施差异化人才培养。Based on the student's cultural quality foundation,academic development goals and career development planning,the professional talent training is divided into three types,namely:continuous training,technical skills and high skills.On the basis of ensuring the completion of the compulsory courses prescribed by the state and the school,each type determines the different training objectives,training specifications,curriculum system,teaching content and teaching mode,and formulates the training plan for the sub-types and the corresponding teachers,Implement differentiated talent training.
