高职院校学生兼职现象及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：目前,高职院校掀起了兼职热潮。兼职对大学生实践能力的锻炼起到一定的积极作用,但负面影响也随之产生。本文对宁波地区高职院校学生进行问卷调查,调查结果输入SPSS 19.0进行交叉分析及Logistic回归分析,同时辅之以个人访谈进行定性分析。研究发现,学生兼职行为受到个人因素、家庭因素、经济因素、在校表现等方面的影响。对此,学校与社会应在了解大学生兼职需求的基础上,切实加强对学生兼职的指导及管理。At present,vocational colleges set off a part-time boom.Part-time jobs play a certain positive role in the training college students’practical ability,but also accpmpanyed with a negative impact.In this paper,a questionnaire survey was conducted among vocational college students in Ningbo.The survey results were input into SPSS 19.0 for cross analysis and Logistic regression analysis,supplemented by a qualitative analysis with individual interviews.The study finds out that students’part-time job behaviors are influenced by personal factors,family factors,economic factors,school performance.Therefore,the school and society should strengthen the guidance and management of students’part-time jobs on the basis of understanding their needs.
