摘  要:为了给基层输送更优质的师范毕业生,培养学校要加强对招生环节的监控,要重视文化课程的专业化、多样化、优质化,要重视对毕业生职后发展的支持力度和质量。国家要给公费师范生职后发展提供更高的研修平台,加强多校联合培养的落实效度。In order to deliver higher-quality teachers’graduates to the grass-roots level,the school should strengthen the supervision and control of enrollment,pay attention to the specialization,diversification and quality of cultural courses,and attach importance to the support and quality of post-service development of graduates.The state should provide a higher research and study platform for the post-service development of public-funded teachers,and strengthen the validity of multi-school co-training.
