高职院校学生自主创业现状与对策研究——基于麦克思2018年中国高职高专生就业报告

摘　　要：随着中国高等教育大众化的趋势,大学生尤其是高职院校学生面临更加严峻的就业形势,越来越多的高职院校学生将自主创业作为自己新的就业方式。本文根据麦克思2018年中国高职高专生就业报告中关于2014—2017届毕业生自主创业培养质量跟踪评价数据,分析当代高职院校学生自主创业现状,分析其优势和劣势,探讨改善高职院校学生自主创业状况的应对策略。With the increasing popularization of Chinese higher education,college students,especially vocational college students,are faced with more severe employment competition.Self-employment has gradually been a new way of employment for vocational college students.In the study,self-employment of vocational college students is analyzed on the basis of the Employment Annual Report(2018)on Chinese 3-year vocational College Graduates.The advantages and disadvantages of self-employment are discussed and some strategies have been put forward to improve vocational college students’self-employment.
