摘　　要：在如今'互联网+'的形势下,行业分工趋向于多种学科交叉融合。具有良好艺术专业素养和复合型专业技能基础是当前培养数字媒体专业人才的首要目标,在教学过程中,如何在培养学生创造性思维的同时,提升学生的动手能力,解决实际问题,培养满足社会需求的复合型人才是当前高校面临的重要问题。该研究通过对国内外艺术设计教育现状的考察和当前市场和社会人才的需求的基础上,分析了高校数字媒体艺术专业教学过程中的问题,并论述了从传统的高校教学理念,教育与专业合作方式,学生与教师之间角色身份三大方面的转变,结合了数字媒体艺术专业教学改革实施案例进行具体分析,从教学内容项目化,学习时间灵活化,学习空间开放化,考核方式日常化,学习作业交流化,作品分数多人化,选修专业个性化等七个方面进行阐述。提供学生自主学习空间,加强学生创作实践能力的培养,发挥主观能动性,提高就业适应能力和自主创业能力,同时也促进高校教学质量,加强老师与学生互动,形成了积极、对等、开放的评价关系。探寻满足新时期社会行业的发展需求,胜任相关工作岗位的数字媒体艺术类应用型人才的教学改革途径。真正做到以学生为中心的教学改革,将艺术、项目、实践、评价有机结合,立足于学生,解决实际问题,培养满足社会需求的复合型人才。In today’s situation of'Internet plus',the division of labor tends to be interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary.It is the primary goal of training digital media professionals to have good artistic professional accomplishment and compound professional skills.In the process of teaching,how to improve students’practical ability,solve practical problems and cultivate compound talents to meet social needs while cultivating students’creative thinking is an important issue facing colleges and universities.Based on the investigation of the current situation of art design education at home and abroad and the demand of the current market and social talents,this paper analyses the problems in the teaching process of digital media art major in colleges and universities,and expounds the transformation from the traditional teaching idea of colleges and universities,the mode of cooperation between education and specialty,and the role identity between students and teachers.It combines the teaching of digital media art major.The case of implementation of learning reform is analyzed in detail from seven aspects:project-based teaching content,flexible learning time,open learning space,routine assessment methods,exchange of learning assignments,multiple scores of works,personalized elective majors and so on.Providing students with independent learning space,strengthening the cultivation of students’creative and practical abilities,giving full play to their subjective initiative,improving their employment adaptability and self-employment ability,at the same time promoting the teaching quality of colleges and universities,strengthening the interaction between teachers and students,and forming a positive,reciprocal and open evaluation relationship.To explore ways of teaching reform to meet the development needs of the social industry in the new era and to be competent for the relevant posts of applied talents of digital media art.We should really carry out the student-centered teaching reform,combine art,project,practice and e
