摘　　要：在院校教育模式的基础上,借鉴中医师承教育的特色与优势,利用附属医院充足优秀的临床师资,实施中医学本科生导师制,符合中医学专业人才成长成才规律。在促进学生的专业兴趣,培养中医思维,提高临床实践能力和科研创新能力,培养高素质中医专业人才方面,发挥了重要的促进作用。Based on college educational,learning from the advantages of TCM apprentice education,using sufficient and excellent clinical teachers in affiliated hospitals,undergraduate tutorial system has been implemented.It has played an important role in promoting students’professional interests,cultivating Chinese medicine thinking,improving clinical practice ability and scientific research innovation ability,and cultivating high-quality Chinese medicine professionals.
