摘　　要：高校学生在日常生活、学习中组成了各种类型的非正式群体,他们与正式群体一起构成了学校人际关系的基础,对学生个体产生着积极与消极的影响。本文将从高校非正式群体的概念、特点和影响等方面入手,对该群体进行仔细研究和全面剖析,从而为高校思想政治教育和引导奠定基础。Together with kinds of formal groups, a variety of informal groups has exited in colleges. They constitute the basis of the school interpersonal relationship and have a positive or negative impact on individual students. The paper starts with the concept, characteristics and influences of the informal group, and makes a careful study and comprehensive analysis of informal group, which will lay the foundation for the ideological and political education and guidance.
