摘  要:龙麦 2 6是近年来我省培育出的最好的强筋小麦品种之一 ,品质接近加拿大超强筋小麦品种野猫、格来尼 ,2 0 0 1年龙麦 2 6播种面积达 13万hm2 ,位居全省各小麦品种种植面积之首。尽快明确龙麦 2 6的品质特性 ,研究其在配制面条粉、饺子粉方面的利用价值 ,扩大其应用范围 ,乃当务之急。通过试验研究 ,明确了龙麦 2 6的应用定位 ,建立了其配制面条粉、饺子粉的搭配原则 ,并确定了具体配方。Longmai 26 was one of the best strong gluten wheat variety selected in our province in recent years Its quality approach super-strong gluten Canadian wheat varieties such as Wildcat and Glenlea The planting area of Longmai 26 has reached to 130,000 hectares in 2001, which was the largest planting area wheat variety in our province. It is emergent to make sure the quality specificity of Longmai 26 and study the utilization value of preparing noodle flour and jiaozi flour with it to expand its application field now. The application position was made sure, and the matching principle of preparing noodle flour and Jiaozi flour was established, the concrete formulations were established through experiment.
