摘　　要：加入WTO后 ,高职院校毕业生的就业将面临着严峻的形势 ,对如何培养具有一定竞争力、受社会欢迎的毕业生进行了探讨。After China's entry to WTO, voational university graduates will face a harsher prospect of employment. The author probes into the ways of how to turn out vocational university students with more competitive abitity and more suitability to the society.
