摘　　要：本文介绍了口服甲硝唑胶囊、痢特灵片、新痢灵片、鞣酸小檗碱片及氟哌酸胶囊等药品的大肠杆菌检验 ,采用低速离心 (5 0 0r·min- 1)及薄膜过滤相结合 ,并用含有 0 5 %聚山梨酯 80的 0 9%无菌氯化钠溶液溶解及洗膜的方法 。Examination of colon bacillus in oral metronidazole capsules, furazolidone tablets, xinliling tablets, berberine annate tablets and norfloxacin capsules has been conducted. By the usage of low rate centrifugation (500r·min -1 ), membrane filtration technique, solving and rinsing with sodium chloride physiological solution containing 0 5% polysorbate 80, satisfying results can be gotten.
