摘　　要：通过对大学体育教学改革实施现状的调查研究和理论分析 ,提出建立以增强体质、提高体育能力为主的课程目标体系 ,应为体育教改的目标取向 ;多种教学管理模式并存 ,是实现大学体育教育系统化、全程化的根本保证 ;教学内容体系和评价方法的完善 ,不但要适应课程多元化发展趋势 ,便有利于教学目标的实现。By documentary investigation and teaching practice, conditions of practice and needed in physical education teachings reform,This article gets the target of the university of physical education teaching.In the way of choice teaching material ,the used of teaching method, the result of teaching, five aspect are discussed, and give more valuable suggestion to the university of physical education teaching .
