摘　　要：分析了加强企业经营管理者队伍建设的必要性、途径和方法 ,提出企业的发展取决于企业自身管理水平的高低 。The necessity, way and methods of intensifying the construction of enterprise running manager team are analyzed. The development of enterprise is decided by management level of enterprise itself. And the paper points out that to train and improve the quality of enterprise running managers is important measures to do better enterprise reform.
