高校学生主体性管理模式初探

摘　　要：高校学生管理中 ,作为管理客体的学生具有主体和客体的双重属性。管理的人本性和学生作为特殊的管理客体所具有的特性及其在管理过程中所处的主动支配的地位决定了学生在学生管理中所具的主体性。应当根据管理客体所具有的主体性的要求和特点 ,建立充分发挥学生主体性作用的学生主体性管理模式 。In the student administration of the institutes of higher learning,the students as the object of the administration is of dual properties of both the subject and the object.The subject property possessed by the students in the student administration depends on the humanism of administration,the characteristics of the students as special administrative object and the active dominant position in the administrative process.An administrative pattern which has relevant content and characteristics should be established to play the function of the subject property of the students.
