摘　　要：国有企业改革一直是我国经济体制改革的重要环节。本文就国有大企业改制涉及的职工持股、股票期权、技术股份化。The reform of national enterprises has been the important link in the economic system reform of our country. In this article, several hot issues, including the staff's stock-holding, stock term, technology sharization, the reduction of national stocks as well as the setting-up of independent directors, are discussed.
