摘　　要：1994年美国首先出现了“技术MBA”的学位教育。技术MBA教育在美国一出现便倍受各公司和企业的欢迎 ,其毕业生大受青睐。本文讨论了技术MBA的特色以及与传统MBA教育的联系和区别 ,介绍了美国开展技术MBA教育的经验 ,最后在师资、教材。In 1994, techno MBA programs emerged in America.It has become popular gradually, and is been welcomed by many firms.The feature and the experience of techno MBA in America are described in the paper.The authors also point out the relationship and difference of traditional MBA and techno MBA program.Finally, the difficulty in the education of techno MBA in china is discussed from four aspects: faculty, textbook, new pedagogic tools and skills, and training on practical competence.
