构建四川培养IT人才的科技教育机制

摘　　要：本文主要论述了四川培养IT人才应从科技与教育两个方面构建机制 ,提出了构建教育体制、教育内容和教育环境为主体的教育机制 ,构架科技平台、科技环境为重点的科技机制 ,以及教育育才。This paper examines, with the purpose of nurturing IT talents, Sichuan should construct mechanism from the two aspects of science, technology and education.It proposes the education mechanism with the system, content and environment of education as its principal body.Meanwhile it forms scientific platform and mechanism with the emphasis of scientific environment and the guiding ideology of nurturing talents by relying on education and developing the talents by relying on science, technology and education.
