摘　　要：本文主要论述了四川聚集IT人才应从区域项目、产业项目、企业项目三个层面构架机制 ,提出了着力建设重点项目 ,以项目聚才、项目集才。This paper attempts to discuss Sichuan should build mechanism from the three aspects of regional, industrial and enterprise projects with the purpose of assembling IT talents.IT also puts forward the strategic ideology of putting the emphasis on key projects, attracting and assembling talents through projects.
