摘　　要：随着工业模具技术日新月异的变化,高职工科模具教育面临新的问题和挑战。本文通过往届毕业生的就业状况分析,确定立足区域经济职业岗位群、加大有针对性培养的方略,进而明晰了有关专业人才培养的目标和课程改革思路,阐述了职业教育应结合企业发展,把技能培养贯穿于教学过程的始终,找到传授知识与培养技能的结合点,深化"一体化"教学改革,全面落实"职业行动导向",创新人才培养实践。With the prompt development of moulding industry,higher vocational education for mould engineering is facing new problems and challenges.This paper,according to the analysis on graduate employment situation,confirms the strategy that is based on regional economic professional post cluster while increasing targeted training,makes clear of the relevant professional talents cultivation target and curriculum reform,and illustrates that the vocational education should be combined with the development of enterprises with skills training run through the entire teaching process,find the combining site of imparting knowledge and cultivating skills,deepen the teaching reform of "integration",and carry out the "professional action oriented"teaching and the innovative practice of talent training.
