摘　　要：随着我国社会经济快速的发展 ,急需加大高等职业教育的发展步伐 ,高等职业教育已经成为高等教育的重要组成部分。本文就如何培养适应社会经济发展需要的实用型人才。With the rapid development of our country economy,it is urgent to increase the development of the Higher Vocational Education,the Higher Vocational Education has been the main part of the Higher Education.This article discusses about how to train applied talent who can suit the development of economy,several pivotal problem in the development of economy and several important tache how to strengthen the managemnet of the Higher Vocational Education.
