健康汉族人细胞色素P450 2Cl9基因的检测

摘　　要：目的　了解广东地区汉族人细胞色素 (P4 5 0 2C19)基因的分布情况 .方法　应用PCR技术对正常人细胞色素 (P4 5 0 2C19)基因进行扩增以SmaI进行限制性酶切图谱分析 .结果　广东地区汉族人P4 5 0 2C19基因中 ,野生型纯合子 (wt/wt)频率是 0 .4 4 5 4 ;CYP2Cl9杂合子 (mt/ml)频率是 0 .4 0 91;CYP2Cl9突变型纯合子 (ml/ml)频率是 0 .14 5 5 .P4 5 0 2C19基因ml频率是 0 .35 0 0 ,基因wt频率是 0 .6 5 0 0 .结论　广东地区汉族人的细胞色素CYP2C19基因频率与其它地区人群相接近 .Objective To identify the distribution feature of P450 2C19 gene in hans in Guangdong Province. Method P450 2C19 genes from normal individuals were amplified with PCR and their restricted enzyme digested maps analysis were done with SmaI. Results Genotypefrequency:P450 2C19 wt/wt 0.4454;P450 2C19 wt/ml 0.4091;P450 2C19 ml/ml 0.1455;P450 2C19 Genefrequenc:P450 2C19wt 0.6500;P450 2C19ml 0.3500. Conclusion The P450 2C19 genes distrbution in the Hans in Guangdong province is similar to those in other areas.
