大学新生的心理资本与拖延行为的关系

摘　　要：为了解大学新生的心理资本状况与拖延行为的关系,采用《积极心理资本量表》和《一般拖延行为量表》对随机选取的381名大学新生进行了问卷调查。结果发现:(1)大学新生的心理资本整体状况良好;(2)大学新生存在一定程度的拖延行为;(3)大学新生的心理资本存在性别差异,女生比男生表现更多的积极归因;(4)男、女大学新生的拖延行为的情况基本相同;(5)大学新生心理资本的自我效能、希望和韧性可能影响着拖延行为。This paper aims to study the present state of positive psychological capital and procrastination,and their relationship of the university freshmen.The Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire and General Procrastination Scale were used to investigate 381 university freshmen(113males,268 females,age=20-27 years old).The results show there was significant difference between male and female in Positive Psychological Capital among freshmen,but there was no significant difference in Procrastination.Their self-efficacy,hope,and resilience could explain 16.3% of Procrastination's variation. The conclusions are:1)The Positive Psychological Capital of freshmen is at a high level;2)There is Procrastination among freshmen;3)The female freshmen has more positive attribution than the male ones;4)Procrastination between male and female freshmen is basically the same;5)Self-efficacy,hope and resilience may affect Procrastination.
