摘　　要：产学合作是高职教育办学的显著特征之一,通过产学合作可以为企业、社会培养大量高端技能型专门人才,从而实现学校、企业和政府的"共赢"。针对目前高职院校产学合作的现状,本文从立足"双赢",激发学校与企业的合作热情;提高政府的参与度,争取更多的政策支持;建立产学合作长效运行机制等方面提出推进产学合作发展的途径。Cooperative education is one of the characteristics of higher vocational education.The industry-academia cooperation for enterprises,cultivate a great number of high skilled talents and achieve school,business and government 'win-win'.To the situation of industry-academia cooperation presently,This paper from based on the ' win-win ' stimulate the cooperation enthusiasm of school and enterprise,increased government involvement,strive for more policy support,established long-term mechanism of industry-academia cooperation to put forward development ways of industry-academia cooperation.
