碘营养补充预防脑发育关键期婴幼儿碘缺乏所致智能发育障碍效果观察

摘  要:目的探讨碘营养补充预防脑发育关键期婴幼儿碘缺乏所致智能发育障碍的效果。方法随机选取成都缺碘地区孕妇、哺乳期妇女及3岁以内断奶婴幼儿各30例为对照组,同时选取该地区孕妇、哺乳期妇女及3岁以内断奶婴幼儿各30例为观察组。观察组服用碘油进行碘营养补充,对照组不服用碘油,不补充碘营养。1年后,检测孕妇、哺乳期妇女、3岁内断奶婴幼儿的尿液尿碘含量及3岁内断奶婴幼儿的发育商。结果 1年后,观察组孕妇、哺乳期妇女、3岁内断奶婴幼儿的尿碘含量均明显高于对照组,观察组3岁内断奶婴幼儿的发育商评分为明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论碘缺乏会导致脑发育关键期婴幼儿出现致智能发育障碍的情况,及时给予其碘营养补充,可有效改善碘缺乏所致智能发育障碍的程度。Objective To discuss the effect of brainpower developmental disorder caused by iodine deficiency of infant at the critical period of brain development prevented by iodine nutritional supplement.Methods Randomly selected the iodine deficiency area of Chengdu pregnant women,breast-feeding women and less than 3years old infant weaning each 30 cases as the control group.At the same time,total the pregnant women,breast-feeding women and 3years of age within the infant weaning each 30 cases as the observation group.In the observation group,iodine oil was taken as supplement,and the control group was not treated with iodine oil.After 1year,the detection of pregnant women,breast-feeding women,3years old weaning infants of urine iodine in urine and 3years old infants and young children weaning developmental quotient.Results After 1year were observed group of pregnant women,breast-feeding women,3years in weaning infants urinary iodine content were significantly higher than those in the control group and observation group(3years old infants and young children weaning developmental quotient score was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The iodine deficiency will cause the brainpower developmental disorder of infant at the critical period,to given the iodine nutritional supplement in time that able to effectively improve the degree of developmental disorder caused by iodine deficiency.
